Yehezkel Abramsky

Yehezkel Abramsky was a prominent figure in the Jewish Orthodox community, born in 1886 in the Russian Empire. He would go on to become a respected rabbi and scholar, dedicating his life to the study and practice of Judaism. Abramsky's early life and education took place within the Russian Empire, where he developed a strong foundation in Jewish law and tradition.

Abramsky's career took a significant turn when he became the head of the London Beth Din, a rabbinical court, a position he held for 17 years. During his tenure, he played a crucial role in guiding the Jewish community in London. In 1951, Abramsky retired from his position and relocated to Jerusalem, where he spent the remainder of his life. He passed away in 1976, leaving behind a legacy as a renowned rabbi and scholar in the Jewish Orthodox community.
