David Duchovny

David Duchovny is an American actor, writer, director, and musician born in 1960. He gained widespread recognition for his portrayal of Fox Mulder in The X-Files franchise, earning numerous award nominations, including two Primetime Emmy Awards and five Actor Awards, as well as a Golden Globe Award. His acting career has also included notable roles in other television series, such as Californication, where he played Hank Moody, and Twin Peaks, where he appeared as Denise Bryson.

In addition to his acting work, Duchovny has also ventured into writing, directing, and producing. He wrote, directed, and starred in the 2004 comedy film House of D, which featured a cast including Robin Williams, Téa Leoni, and Anton Yelchin. Duchovny has also executive-produced and starred in the historical cop drama Aquarius, which aired from 2015 to 2016.
