Zvi Elimelech Halberstam

Zvi Elimelech Halberstam is a prominent Israeli rabbi, born in 1952, who has made significant contributions to the field of Judaism. He currently serves as the Sanz Rebbe of Netanya, Israel, and is also widely recognized as the Sanzer Rebbe. As a respected leader in his community, he has continued the legacy of his family's esteemed tradition in Jewish scholarship and spirituality.

As the son of Rabbi Yekusiel Yehudah Halberstam, the first Sanz-Klausenberger Rebbe, Zvi Elimelech Halberstam inherited a rich heritage of leadership and wisdom. Following his father's passing, he was appointed as one of the leaders of the Klausenburger Hasidim, alongside his brother Rabbi Shmuel Dovid, as per their father's will. Today, he presides over his court in the Kiryat Sanz neighborhood of Netanya, a community founded by his father, where he continues to guide and inspire his followers in the ways of Judaism.
